Our laundromats are open 24/7 including holidays. We are open every day, every holiday and those days when everyone else is closed. No need to call us to verify if we are open. We are!
Our laundromats are attended on varying schedules during the day. We have an attendant overnight at all locations.
All of our laundromats are card operated. You can obtain a laundry card from our kiosks in our stores using cash, debit, credit, and EBT or mobile pay from your phone. You use our laundry card to operate the machines.
The Phoenix location machines accept both COIN and our laundry card.
Yes, we have machines that can take up to 6 loads of laundry at a time.
Wash and Fold Questions
Our Guadalupe location accepts pick-up and drop-off between 7AM and 7PM Monday - Friday. and 7am - 11am, 2pm-4pm, and 7pm-9pm on the weekends.
We use premium detergents such as Tide or Arm & Hammer for detergents, Downey for softener, and Bounce dryer sheets.

Our minimum for fluff and fold drop off service is $20.
Most orders are ready for you to pick up next day or in 24 hours unless, of course, you choose same-day service. Same day service is available if you drop off by 12pm.
Yes, you can. Same-day service is available for drop-off orders for $1.99 per pound (with $20 minimum) if dropped off by noon.
No, we do not. We keep all orders separate to ensure good hygiene and avoid mix-ups.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer this on a daily basis targeting different areas on different days. Just sign in to see and choose from available driver pick-up and drop-off times. We use Door Dash for those areas we do not yet have enough regular customers to warrant a dedicated store pickup route. If you are in a new area for us and get your neighbors to also signup, we can establish a weekly pickup route for your neighborhood. Just call us to work something out.
For many areas, the pickup and delivery fee is $1.59 per pound with a modest $20 minimum.
Some areas are serviced via Door Dash and will incur an additional $7 delivery fee plus $0.75 per mile beyond 5 miles from our Tempe/Guadalupe location.

When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
Most orders are ready and will be delivered the next day in the afternoon. Some orders, if scheduled early enough in the day, can be returned the same day since we can also use Door Dash.
We use both our own drivers and Door Dash to serve you. It all depends on if you are in an area we have enough customers to send our own vehicle. Some service areas use our drivers exclusively and others use Door Dash. To see if Door Dash and Door Dash fees apply to you, please sign in. You can earn credit & rewards for helping us establish a pickup route in your neighborhood by getting your neighbors to also join.
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them. With that said, you can leave them outside your door or somewhere you feel safe with that we can access and we will pick them up and deliver them back. Remember to tell us the gate code if you are in a gated community.
Just let us know when placing your order online via the notes section. There will be fields for special instructions and preference where you can write in your special requests. We will do our best to oblige.
No there is not. We have discounted pricing for those that signup on a regular weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
With the credit or debit card you put on file with us when you place your first order.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed. We will return your clothes tightly wrapped and folded drawer-ready in clear laundry bags.
You can suspend your scheduled pickup until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return. You will also receive a text message the day before your scheduled pickup reminding you. If you are out of town then you can reply with a "Skip" so our driver will not waste a trip.
